Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You must have a valid Bangladeshi mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or a bank account.

Account Registration

3.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and bonuses will be cancelled.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds or winnings.

3.3 Account Security

Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If someone accesses your account without authorisation, notify the 59bd support team immediately. The user is solely responsible for the security of their account.

3.4 KYC Verification

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal funds generally reach your account within 1 hour. However, delays may occur in cases involving KYC verification or other security reviews.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits (where applicable).
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 5).
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests within a given period may be held for review.
• Once a withdrawal request is completed, it cannot be cancelled.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

59bd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total Balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳28,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total Balance ৳48,000

The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and is given once per account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 25 times applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example:

৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 — bonus winnings become withdrawable only after this amount has been wagered.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by 59bd.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another player.
• If fraudulent betting patterns are detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• Each bonus offer has an expiry period — if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.

Betting Rules

6.1 Gaming Rules

Each game on 59bd has its own rules, which can be viewed when the game is launched. If a technical error causes a discrepancy in a game result, 59bd reserves the right to void or re-evaluate the relevant bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• A bet that has been accepted generally cannot be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, the relevant bet amount may be refunded.
• 59bd's decision on any betting outcome is final.
• If information about an event is leaked before the match begins, the related bet may be voided.

6.3 VIP Program

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Progress through VIP tiers depends on playing style and consistency. 59bd reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 59bd platform. Violating these restrictions will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Engaging in fraudulent or manipulative activities
• Using software, bots, automation, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities (exploits / glitches)
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Attempting to steal or hack another user's account credentials
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person
• Engaging in collusion against the platform

If fraudulent activity is suspected, 59bd may temporarily suspend the account until the investigation is complete.

59bd accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connection issues
• Loss or account security breaches resulting from third-party actions
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of terms
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, legal changes, etc.
